Administrative assistant – Accounts Receivable Specialist

This important administrative role is a key position in our busy Property Management office. You will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks for the management and maintenance teams: manage appointments, complete expense reports, assist with special projects, track documents and other information using our software or Excel, correspond with tenants and vendors, maintain logs for apartment inspections and pest control appointments, and other typical front desk and admin tasks – such as answering the phone, greeting tenants, filing, document control etc.

You may expand this role utilizing your finance skills if you are to assist with collections!

You must have demonstrated experience using common office software applications (Microsoft Office, online calendars, databases, etc.); good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to management multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize, meet deadlines, take initiative, and work independently and as part of a team. You must also have an ability to relate with a diverse population and support commitments to diversity and inclusion. Bi-lingual is preferred, Haitian Creole is a plus!
